I recommend buying a full-day ticket which is at a great price, I think 550 CZK on weekdays and 650 CZK on weekends. Although you can’t win anything, honestly, you don’t even need to. We will definitely not be here for the last time ❤️ ✨ 👑 The only disappointing thing is the prices of drinks and beer 😔

After the first visit, we were so excited that we came back the next day for the whole afternoon. Our five-year-old enjoyed it to the maximum. We tried almost everything that was available and communicated quite often. The visit was very pleasant. The whole family. We were surprised by the food as well; we really enjoyed it. The service and staff did not disappoint either! A super experience, especially with 1000 tickets crawling in at the same time for about 5 minutes 😀 We will definitely be back.
We have been here several times already. And once again, we enjoyed it. It was a big novelty for us that the three floors, which we hadn’t visited before, were not functioning yet. The staff is helpful, so there is no problem understanding everything. You can either play for credits and subsequently win tickets that can be exchanged for some items, or simply pay for an hour or the whole day and enjoy the games for the duration. Levels also offers various drinks, beverages, and snacks; the prices are somewhat higher, but it might have just been necessary. And it is important to enjoy yourself. For those who might not like the prices, it is in the shopping center Máj, which offers other refreshments. But everyone is free to choose according to their own preference. As for us, we were absolutely satisfied at Levels and it’s definitely not our last visit here.
The establishment left me with the most pleasant impressions. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention a person named Romana – he is not only a professional but also a very communicative person. His cocktails are a true experience; everything is perfectly balanced!
