Cookie
policy
No legal maze. This page lays out plainly which cookies run on our site, what we need them for, and how to switch them off any time.
Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy describes how we use cookies and similar technologies on levelsprague.com and its subpages.
The data controller is Infinite X Prague s.r.o., Company ID 11740418, registered at Národní 63/26, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, operator of the LEVELS Prague entertainment centre.
This policy doesn't cover third-party sites we link to from our site — typically our credit e-shop or booking system. Their own terms apply there.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser. On your next visit the site reads it back and, for example, recognises that you already dismissed the cookie banner, or that you switched the site to English.
Alongside cookies, we also use other technologies for the same purpose — local storage (data stored in the browser without being sent to the server), pixels (an invisible image that reports a page visit when it loads), and SDKs from embedded players. For simplicity, this policy calls all of them cookies.
- Session cookies — deleted as soon as you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — stay until they expire, or until you delete them yourself.
- First-party cookies — set by our own site.
- Third-party cookies — set by another service we use on the site.
Which cookies we use
We split cookies into three categories. The first can't be switched off; the remaining two are entirely up to you. Exact names and retention periods may change slightly as providers update their tools, so we review these tables regularly.
1 · Necessary cookies (always active)
Without them the site wouldn't work — we wouldn't remember your cookie choices or your chosen language. That's why they can't be switched off and we don't need your consent for them.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cookie consent | levelsprague.com | Remembers which cookie categories you allowed or declined, so we don't ask every time. Stored in browser local storage, not as a cookie. | Until you clear it yourself |
| NEXT_LOCALE | levelsprague.com | Remembers your chosen site language (CZ / EN / DE) across visits. | 12 months |
2 · Analytics cookies
Tell us how many people use the site and what they look for. Thanks to them we know you care most about prices and opening hours — and adjust the site accordingly. The statistics never show us individual people.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors and measures which pages people care about and where they leave the site. We evaluate the data in aggregate, never per person. | 14 months |
| _gid | Google Analytics 4 | Short-term distinction of visits within a day. | 24 hours |
| _clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity | Anonymised on-page behaviour recordings — where people look for prices or opening hours and what's missing. | 12 months / 1 day |
3 · Marketing cookies
Let us evaluate whether our advertising works and show it to people who might be interested in LEVELS. They also stop you from seeing the same promotion five times over.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | Measures whether you arrived via our ad and lets us reach similar audiences. | 3 months |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Attributes conversions — e.g. topping up credit — to a specific ad. | 3 months |
| IDE, test_cookie | Google DoubleClick | Shows more relevant ads and limits how often you see the same banner. | 13 months |
| VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC | YouTube | Set when an embedded video plays — remembers player settings. | 6 months / until browser closes |
| bcookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory | Evaluates LinkedIn campaign performance and lets us reach similar audiences. | 24 hours to 1 year | |
| sid, Sklik-* | Sklik (Seznam.cz) | Evaluates Seznam.cz campaign performance and enables retargeting. | 30 days to 1 year |
| __oppref, __obref | OpenAI Ads | Evaluates ad performance across OpenAI products. | 30 days to 1 year |
| uid | Adform | Evaluates campaign performance and enables cross-site retargeting. | 60 days |
| NID | Google (Maps) | Set by the embedded map on the Contact page — stores map display preferences. | 6 months |
Legal basis for processing
We store necessary cookies on the basis of legitimate interest in the functional and secure operation of the site — without them we couldn't show you the site at all.
Analytics and marketing cookies are stored only with your consent, under Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Sb. on electronic communications and in line with the GDPR. These cookies aren't set until you give consent. Consent is voluntary, and withholding it doesn't restrict your access to the site or our services in any way.
How to change or withdraw consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, no explanation needed.
- Click Cookie settings at the bottom of every page — the same banner you saw on your first visit opens, and you can toggle individual categories there.
- Or delete cookies in your browser settings (see below) — this also deletes the record of your consent, and we'll ask again on your next visit.
Withdrawing consent doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Withdrawal doesn't automatically remove third-party cookies already set — if you want them gone immediately, delete them directly in your browser.
Browser settings
You can block or delete cookies across the board directly in your browser. Keep in mind that blocking all cookies can break other sites too — like logins or shopping carts.
For targeted advertising there are also bulk opt-out tools, such as Your Online Choices or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Cookies and third-party tools
Some site features are provided by external services that set their own cookies. We use:
- Google (Analytics 4, Ads, YouTube, Maps) — traffic measurement, ad evaluation, embedded videos and the address map.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — campaign evaluation and embedded posts.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised on-page behaviour analytics.
- LinkedIn — campaign evaluation.
- Sklik (Seznam.cz) — campaign evaluation and retargeting.
- OpenAI Ads — ad performance evaluation across OpenAI products.
- Adform — campaign evaluation and retargeting.
- Ecomail — newsletter delivery and open-rate measurement.
These services may process data outside the European Economic Area, typically in the United States. The transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. How they handle data on their side is governed by their own policies — links are available in the cookie banner for each tool.
How long we keep cookies
Retention periods are listed for each cookie in the tables above. The shortest disappear when you close your browser; the longest expire after 14 months. We remember your cookie choice until you clear it yourself — it's stored in browser local storage, not as a cookie with a fixed expiry.
Your rights
If cookies give rise to personal data, under the GDPR you have the right to:
- know what data we process about you and get access to it,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- request erasure or restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- withdraw given consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
Send your request to info@levelsprague.cz. We'll handle it within one month; if it takes longer, we'll let you know and explain why.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy on an ongoing basis — most often because we add or remove a tool. You'll always find the date of the last change here. For substantial changes affecting the scope of consent, we'll ask for your consent again.
Contact
For anything about cookies or personal data, reach us at info@levelsprague.cz, or write to Infinite X Prague s.r.o., Národní 63/26, 110 00 Prague 1. We usually reply within one business day.
